That the RLD, like Anne Frank's house  draws so many visitors must say something about something.  People talk a little less in the latter and there are times, walking home through the RLD you just kind of wish everyone would ease up on all the quacking, or had less to quack-quack about.

From the right angle--and for viewing the Westerkerk there is no wrong angle--but sill, from the right angle and a few bridges up Prince Street, the olive church hangs over the canal with a bit of sway, a phallus curve.

And so hangs over Anne Frank's house, it with the longest cue in town, everyone waiting to get into that virgin's house . . .

. . . everyone, or almost.
